I was highly disappointed in this hotel for the amount they charged for a room. This is an old property, and looks accordingly. Stains on the chair, peeling paint on bathroom pocket door, moldy shower doors, everything run down and shoddy. The price might have been slightly justified if they had offered the most basic of a Continental breakfast but they offer nothing. I was also traveling with two teenage girls and the only parking spot was on the other side of the hotel with very inadequate lighting of the premises. I would never stay here again nor ever recommend it.

I asked the front the desk to please change the sheet and throw away the garbage since we were there for three days. I advise them on the second evening. The two women in the front desk said that she will tell housekeeping the next day. House keeping never came and when I went to the front desk to bring my garbage and ask for clean towels and clean sheets the -- women were laughing. It was very awkward and unpleasant. My husband and I have stayed there two times and before this incident we were planning to return since we have an ill friend right across from the hotel. We are never stepping a foot in Red Roof PLUS!

My room had bedbugs. Read other reviews after on google and found that other rooms had bedbugs too (recently). Husband picked the hotel and didn’t research it. Room was dirty, shower was moldy, air conditioner was beyond noisy. The staff are really nice though.

Awesome place pet friendly and Gina at the front desk is absolutely amazing great personality and vey sweet very clean and very accommodating all the guests are nice here for the week came with my brother for bike week and we’ll be back definitely next year

Wonder warm sweet lady that greeted us at tha front desk helped us with our luggage wanted to tip her but she wouldn’t except so had to write a great review on her wonderful and beautiful smile very sweet to me and my husband the week we stayed there

I read several bad reviews about this hotel but decided to take my chance because it was in a convenient place for me. I don’t know where those folks stayed because this place was super clean. The room we had was updated, beds we’re comfortable and bathroom was clean. Ladies at the front desk were very nice and even gave great suggestions for dinner. I will definitely stay again.

Had a very nice experience came in off the road with my wife late last night and the girl at the front desk was wonderful and pleasant room was good and clean we came in just for the night and it was perfect thanks.
